Rare: Sjogren's is accompanied by a diminution in the flow of tears. This can cause discomfort and eye redness, and sometimes scarring of the front of the eye if treatment is not given or is ineffective. It would be very rare and sort of neglectful if someone were to have profound vision loss from this condition.
