Hi i'm having 3 small rough skinned areas on my back are rash, with a lot of white heads all over them, and neosporin made it worse. not itchy but is warm and tender to touch. what could that be?

Rash: These could be of viral(herpes) origin). If new lesions appear only on one side of the back, get checked for shingles. In any event, a physician would have to inspect these eruptions in order to make a diagnosis. Treatment is available for viral(herpes) infections.
