Skin care: Sure you can use neosporin. You should get a full exam and rule out STDs but if itchy you may have some pruritis caused by soap/cleaning or allergic reaction. Try some Xyzal and 1%hydrocortisone to the area in combo with bacitracin and see MD if no improvement. Check urine preg first.
