Pregnancy?: When was your last menstrual period and have you been sexually active? Vomiting is common in early pregnancy. If you aren't keeping in fluid, you may need emergency treatment fir rehydration via IV. When did you last urinate? Any other symptoms? Think about these questions and if in doubt a visit to the ER might be reasonable. You could have migraine related GI issues as well... Feel better soon!

Lets review your que: how long have you had the lump on your neck? is it tender? has it enlarged? Do you have a headache? is it similar to your migraines? Neck pain can cause a headache. I am not sure the vomiting is related to the lump. Is the vomiting a few episodes or a lot? and diarrhea? abdominal pain/fever/sorethroat/myalgias? Do you feel dizzy. If vomitning freq. avoid foods athe time drink small amounts of wate
