Lets review your que: Where were you told the location you have a "cyst". In the vaginal wall, a Bartholin's cyst can form, it is usually painful but will resolve with warm compresses and compression of its material. A cyst of the leg can bust at anytime and possible could feel like water flowing down your thigh
