That's not much info: You need a proper history including, not just what hurts, but for how long, what makes it better or worse, what i(f anything) brought it on, whether it's direct or referred pain etc. Physical exam is vitally important too. The sensation of warm water running down your thigh is a paresthesia, a sense of something that isn't really happening. It may be a hint of what is. Please see a doctor!
