Would tell if knew: Doctors don't routinely test urine (or blood) for pregnancy, so unless the doc requested a pregnancy test they'd have no idea. They would not do a pregnancy test in someone who had not yet missed a period unless you told them your might be pregnant. A kidney infection can cause a delayed period & antibiotics can cause bloating but get tested, as some antibiotics aren't safe if you are pregnant.
