My grand daughter of 11 months is very active, too active and has just started to flick her head, normally to one side. is this normal?

Possibly : It's hard to say without seeing but at 11 months being very active when awake is very normal. Her pediatrician can be made aware of the head motion at her 11 month check up and observe her. If is is a problem I'm sure it will be noticed. At this time she is just learning he balance and this might be part of it and would pass
