That's : That's a great question to ask the original surgeon. He know your anatomy and what is possible with your chin. Bone grafting here after that surgery could be difficult because of blood supply.

Chin advancement: If you need that much advancement, you should think about jaw surgery rather than chin. I would be careful about non-union of the bones.
