Neuropathy: Neuropathy can be from diabetes, hereditary, smokers, alocholics or overuse and cause numbness in hands and feet.

Numbness, tingling: Spinal injury would cause this, diabetic or other peripheral neuropathies, raynaud's disease and soem other problems will as well.
