Cubital tunnel : Tingling in the fourth and fifth fingers is usually due to irritation or impingement of the ulnar nerve at the elbow (cubital tunnel syndrome). Avoid sleeping with arms bent, use a telephone with a headset, and drive with your affected hand at the bottom of the steering whee. The tingling should resolve within a month.
