Cardiology follow up: If this EKG was done at your PCP office or at the ED, then it is time to see Cardiology. You will most likely need formal cardiac testing to check for cardiac ischemia among other potential cardiac issues. If you have any symptoms of chest pain, shortness of breath, unexplained sweating, nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness, severe dizziness go to the ED immediately.

Dizzy: You have some evidence for heart electrical blockage on your EKG. This make at higher risk for heart block. Would expect pauses or slower rate if problem. Is dizziness spinning or do you feel you might black out? First symptom vertigo second more concerning.
