Not normal: You'll need an expert evaluation of this ASAP, in addition to further testing and re-evaluation of an ECG. There are 3 main wiring systems that supply electricity in your heart, allowing it to beat. The ECG reading suggests that 2 of those 3 are broken, meaning the electrical system in your heart is unreliable. If that's truly the case, it could be dangerous. Call 911 if passing out/dizzy.

Not normal: Those findings on EKG are not normal, and are permanent. They can be caused by defects in the conduction system of the heart that you have had since birth, by previous heart attacks, or remodeling of the heart in response to ongoing hypertension. You should consult with a cardiologist for further evaluation.
