A doctor has provided 1 answer

A day or two: Most local reactions from insect bites resolve in a day or two. You can use Benadryl, (diphenhydramine) hydrocortisone cream, and ice to reduce the swelling. Only use the hydrocortisone twice, and avoid getting it in your eye.
