Mri says mild degenerative changes, most significant at c6-7 with a small posterior disc osteophyte complex contributing to mild central canal stenosis. would this cause dizziness? how do i treat?

Ask Neurologist or Orthopedic/Spinal Surgeon about your concerns. It is possible that the stenosis could cause headaches, but the fore mentioned Specialists would be able to better address your concerns.
