Your expected symptoms would include neck pain and stiffness, with secondary tension headaches. Cervical dizziness is occasionally associated with cervical spondylosis but is typically a light-headed somewhat unsteady sensation, NOT true whirling vertigo. Would suggest physical therapy with possible motorized cervical traction.
