My right iner foot is hurting. when i get up in the morning i almost fall cuz it hurts.

Radiation from back: Is the pain radiating from your back? It might be helpful to get an MRI

You: may be developing plantar fasciitis. Try stretching ur arches periodically during the day and wear comfortable shoes. If u have a hard wood or hard surface floors try comfortable indoor flip flops

Inner foot: By inner I will assume you mean the arch area or heel. If this is the case it certainly sounds like plantar fasciitis/ heel spur syndrome. IF there is tingling and numbness there may be a nerve entrapment ( calcaneal neuroma ) . The right thing to do is see your podiatrist for an evaluation
