I don't think : Your high blood pressure is related. You may have a biomechanical issue and an in preson exam would be helpful for a doctor to check you out. Morning pain in feet and foot and calf pain could be something as simple as achilles tendonitis. It is not uncommon for a condtion like this to be worse in cold weather.
