No worries: Some superficial blood vessel must have been bruised. It will go away in a few weeks. Sometimes you can get vascular spots also that stay. Not a problem. If you feel a lump, you must see a doctor. You can see your nurse at your school who will help you check the red spot and also guide you regarding breast exam. Take care.
