May not help: The ocp's may not actually make a difference in the regression of your ovarian cyst. There isn't enough data to confirm that the cysts will disappear more quickly with presence of the extra hormones than with just waiting it out. Taking ocp's consistently for 3 months will interfere with your ability to conceive.
