Dizziness and vomit: If you are dizzy then vomit it is a different issue than if you ate something then vomited then got dizzy due to dehydration. See the difference? An acute viral infection can cause the former as well and usually resolves over time. The second case: requires a little more work and effort to work up. You need to see an ent if you get dizzy then vomit because the room spun. Check the ears.

Many possibilities: There are many causes of dizziness and vomiting. These could include inner ear issue like vertigo, withdraw from medications, infection with viruses or bacteria coupled with dehydration, or a gi problem like reflux or ulcer coupled with anemia. Make sure that you are drinking enough fluid. Stick to a bland diet. You can try Emitrol or pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) briefly. Seek care if not better quickly.
