Needs to be checked: You need to consult your doctor as your symptoms of feeling dizzy and hands and legs shiver may be related to electrolyte abnormality due to lot of vomiting and your vomiting and burning feeling in the stomach may be due to gastritis, peptic ulcer disease.Gall bladder disease.Liver disease or some other GI condition and needs to be investigated consult your doctor asap.
