Not sure what you're using it for: It should be fine to use with anti-glaucoma drops, it would be nice to know the name of the clock: drops that you have in mind that you are worried about a drug/supplement interaction.

Uncertain benefit: I found this from the Cleveland clinic: "Arginine is made by the body, supplementation is sometimes required. Arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide, which causes vasodilation (blood vessel relaxation). Laboratory evidence suggests that arginine may be useful in the treatment of medical conditions that are improved by vasodilation, including glaucoma." You should also discuss this with your MD.
