What are the odds that an orchiectomy will reduce the size of the prostate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not hich: If one of two testicles is removed, testosterone balance is generally maintained as is prostate volume. If both testicles are removed, then the prostate will shrink by 25-30% or so.
