A member asked:

I'm considering elective bilateral orchiectomy for improved longevity, etc. - can i evaluate impacts effectively with medications prior to surgery?

That is Radical!: I have never heard or read about doing such a radical procedure without any scientific evidence that it will make any difference to your longeivity. You should seek a second opinion as you will find it difficult to be getting any surgeon to do an orchiectomy for what is not medically indicated or proven. Let me know if you find any doctor supporting you in this decision.
