No: According to the Body Mass Index (BMI), yours is 21.6 Between 18 and 24.9 is considered normal weight. The body mass index is not perfect (very muscular people may have an artificially high BMI while still being very healthy), but every indication is that you are on the right track! Hope this helps!

Body weight: It depends on your body composition. If you have a high body fat percentage then you may need some weight loss. If you have a high muscle composition percentage then you may be in an ideal weight range. Body height to weight ratio (BMI) is just a general screening tool.
