Is it swollen, red: or firm? If a superficial vessel gets a clot from a blood draw it will not travel to heart lung or brain. May have a mild thrombophlebitis . Use warm compresses and try advil (ibuprofen) or alieve. If red warm to touch or getting worse see a doctor to make sure it is not infected.
