I sometimes have a dull aching pain in my right forearm, could this be a blood clot ?

Unlikely: It is extremely unlikely that a dull aching in the forearm is coming from a blood clot. It is a very unusual place to get a blood clot. A tendinitis of the forearm or one of several different peripheral nerve entrapment syndromes are the most common causes. Consider being seen.
