Insufficient info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, slightly elevated sed rate suggests some inflammation but it may well be your normal. It would be prudent to consult your doctor who has more info about your health.
