Lighten up: You have probably not permanently damaged your joints from weight lifting. I recommend that you lift less weight less often. There are other illnesses that can damage joints. If you have swollen, tender joints, fever or fatigue after you have limited your work outs...then see you PMD

Get an exam: Not sure if you are 14yo as Healthtap is for those over 16yo. That being said, at you age, it is unlikely to have problems, but a good exam will let you now any issues. Good luck.
