Get examined: Check with MD (PCP, GYN, or urologist) that you don't have neurologic, ovarian or uterine issues causing frequent urination. Check blood sugar, and other chemistries. decrease caffeine, check other meds, alcohol intake.. sometimes other tests of bladder function are needed.

Continue evaluation: Since a cystoscopy has already been done, we can assume many of the easier to diagnose conditions have been evaluated. A thorough history and physical examination, possibly with a fresh mind via a second opinion, might get to the root of your problem. It would be difficult to get enough details, without a face-to-face conversation. Another gynecologic or urologic referral may be necessary.
