?Cystic Kidney: Presume this is the ?. Having 1 or 2 simple kidney cysts is common & no concern. Polycystic renal disdease is usually an inherited condtion. U have a 50% chance of having prd if either parent has it. Yes you can have kidney cystic disease without any urinary symptoms.
