Labs only part of it: Given that your relative is 224 pounds, I'm suspicious that he is overweight. The creatinine value -Cr depends on muscle mass, so it would be helpful to get an estimation of that. There are calculations that can be done using Cr & body weight that will give an estimate of kidney function. I think your relatives numbers are OK but recc lose weight, make sure blood pressure is OK & follow up with MD
