Are you sure?: Are you sure it is a pinched nerve? I would be more worried about a deep venous thrombosis. I think it would be a good idea to be checked for that. You would need to see your doctor and might need to have some tests like a sonogram. The consequences of missing a DVT could be death in the worst case, so worth checking.
