Hi, i have knee pain that is quite sharp when i put weight on it. when im not moving the knee the pain is constant but bearable. i experienced it after changing from a soft clutch car to one which needs a bit more force. ?

Possible overuse: tendinitis form forceful compression of a stiffer clutch,I suggest us king a nee support as well as Advil or Aleve if not allergic to aspirin or NDAIDS. A good mechanic may be able to adjust the clutch tension. Get examined if conservative therapy if ineffective buy spme Bio-Flex linimengt. No bending or squatting and have a mechanic adjust clutch tension.
