Pain in the back: Usually kidney pain is intense, one sided, located in the back. The pain can radiate into the groin. Pain can be associated with fevers, chills, difficulty urinating. If you try to jump up and down and you experience pain on one side of your back you may have a kidney infection. When in doubt, see a doctor.
