Kidney rejection: i guess you are talking about rejection of a transplanted kidney. The symptoms can be variable and may range from totally "no symptom" to severe pain in the area of transplant with fever and blood in urine. If you are a kidney transplant recipient and suspecting a rejection, see your transplant nephrologist ASAP.
