Rejection: There are no symptoms of chronic rejection. Until the kidney function drops below 15 cc/ ml you may not have symptoms. In some patients if they stop all their meds they can feel pain at the transplant site and hematuria. Chronic rejection is diagnosed via a biopsy and blood work.
