None: Usually no symptoms at all. Incidental finding in ultrasound. When they are very large may feel some discomfort in the flank area.

Most, no...: Kidney cysts are common and more 50% of humans have cyst(s) after age 50, but may happen to the younger; most of them are symptom-free and harmless although usually growing slowly over time. As to how to follow them, that depends on the characteristics of cysts on imaging studies and the updating professional experience over time down the road. So, for detail, ask urologist... Best wish.
