Testing Qualitative: Prick testing is qualitative not quantitative, so you cannot derive severity from your results. Also, in order to interpret results you need saline and histamine controls.

Dust mite: Positive prick skin tests means there is a sensitivity to the allergen (i.e. Dust mite). The larger the size, the more likely the allergen will cause sxs. However, size does not correlate with symptom severity.
