What type of allergic reaction is it when allergy skin testing results in extreme itchiness, small wheals all the same size including saline drop.

Dermatographism: The saline negative control on skin testing should be "negative" with no itch or redness. When this is "positive" that is suggestive of dermatographism which is a fairly common form of physical urticaria (hives) just from stroking of the skin. To better define allergies, a serum ige (blood test) can be used.

Not: When your skin reacts in this manner, it is called dermatographism. In your case, all of tests should be considered negative.
