Bad Control/InnerEar: In addition to avoidance measures likely need to treat rhinitis with daily intranasal medicated spray. Chronic sinusitis with ear fullness can be due to poor control. Could have non-allergic triggers as well. Mixed rhinitis often more difficult to control. Balance issues could also be secondary to inner ear problems that might need further workup as well. Hi doctors. I'm having a CT scan of the sinuses. The MRI of the brain from December, 2020 found opacification, but no tumor, nor did a visual endoscopy of my sinuses in the office....is it likely that there still may be tumors found on the CT scan?
