I had a discetomy at l4 l5 7 weeks ago. i am experiencing the same pain as before. why when i thrust my hips forward does the sciatic pain come on?

It's the anatomy: The sciatic nerve exits the pelvis in the back between muscles of your buttocks. So, when you flex your hip and your leg goes forward you stretch that nerve bad aggravate the pain.
