Bump: May be the duct from your Parotid salivary gland. May be, if hard, a spicule of bone coming loose. If soft, may be residual infection. Return to the Dentist or Oral Surgeon who did the extraction for reevaluation. If he/she is unable to find cause, a second opinion with an Oral Surgeon may be in order.
