Pain needs evaluatio: It appears you have several chronic pain conditions. Your problem may be coming from pelvic area or from low spine. Both. Need evaluation. Go to your ob gyn and if that is negative, see a proctologist to determine if rectal muscle spasms or other pathology is present. If that is negative, see you chiropractor re sacro iliac dysfunction. Some pain clinics offer all these services as well.
