I have two small holes on left side of penis frenulum, along with stinging pain when foreskin is pulled back behind the head. is this bad?

See remark: Holes in frenulum just don't happen ??Have you had infection? you must be uncircumcised ,maybe the foreskin is tight ?? You can sit in a warm tub for 10-15 minutes,afterwards dry yourself,then gently retract foreskin,apply a dab of Neomycin ointment (obtain from local drug store). to tender are twice a day.Alternatively,see a urologist,or even any M,D. Best of luck
