Not good.: Too much food processing to recommend to anyone. You needs fresh vegetables and meat with less fat.

That's bad.: That's a lot of processed food, fat and sodium, which are generally not healthy. Convenient, but not healthy. If at all possible, stick with natural foods prepared at home, and make healthy choices for proteins, fruits and vegetables. And keep the sodium down.
