Yes: Depending on the size and the accuracy of the diagnosis, polyps within the sinuses can cause, PND, fullness and pressure in the face and nasal discharge. If the polyps have grown into the nose, symptoms may include nasal blockage and anosmia (smell and taste disturbance).
