I have myopia (-5.75 and -6.50). i recently learned this is in the high range. with regular eye exams, how worried should i be about permanent/degenerative problems later on (i'm 34)? thanks!

Probably not: You have probably been that way since you were a kid. Vision shouldnot change till you get older

Myopia: Not necessarily a worry. This is a great question for your eye doctor. At 34, it seems to me that you might be a good candidate for Lasik procedure.
