When i see in pitch dark, it is almost the same as when i close my eyes, i.e. i can see the weird psychedelic stuff. is it expected of high myopia?

Visual hallucination: This is a natural physiologic phenomenon in all human beings and is not characteristic of high myopia. If you are still concerned, I would recommend you make a visit to your ophthalmologist or at least your primary care provider.
