A member asked:

What do you suggest if my husband has been told by two neurologist that he has parkinson's disease. new dr. says different.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tricky: One potential interpretation of your situation is that experts on movement disorders know there are variant diseases that look generally like parkinson disease but are actually different. In general, these are referenced as "parkinson-plus" syndromes, and there are several. If your first two doctors were more generalists and your last was a movement-disorder specialist then this might explain.
